A standing mandate bills while it is alive. We hold its state, check every action against the ceiling and keep revocation instant. Expired or revoked, the billing stops.

Do you charge a percentage of what my agents spend?Never. We do not move money and we do not settle, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of. You pay to authorise an action, and the price is the same whether the agent spends ten dollars or ten thousand.
How is a standing mandate billed?$0.09 to issue, then $0.39 for each month it stays active. While it is alive we hold its state, check every action against the ceiling and keep revocation instant. Expired or revoked, the billing stops — and revocation itself is always free.
How can recognition be free forever?Because the liveness check runs on the user’s own device and we keep no template. Recognising someone carries no recurring infrastructure cost that would justify a recurring charge. You pay the first time you meet a person, because that is where the work happens.
What exactly is free, and what is paid?Recognition is free forever, at any volume. The first identification, document verification and screening are paid — they are real checks against real sources. The public verification portal is free permanently, to anyone.
Is a failed call billed?No. If the check does not complete, nothing is charged and nothing reaches the invoice.
